Meet the team

Amy Hall/Owner

Amy has worn a variety of hats at Constantine Flooring Center. Currently she works part-time doing the accounting for the business. When the showroom is busy she still enjoys working with customers to find their perfect flooring! Having a positive impact on the community is something Amy has always been passionate about and she is currently serving on the Constantine School Board. In her spare time Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

John E. Davis/Installer

John E. joined the Constantine Flooring installation crew in July of 2019 with almost 30 years of flooring experience. He is currently our custom shower expert, installing a beautiful custom tile shower nearly every week! Outside of work, he thoroughly enjoys golfing, disc golfing, and spending time with his family

Seth Hall/Owner

Seth and his wife Amy started Constantine Flooring Center in 2017 and have had tremendous success expanding the business which now includes the main showroom and two large warehouse buildings. Seth has worked in flooring since 1999 when he graduated from Constantine High School. In his spare time Seth enjoys hunting and spending time in northern Michigan.

Alex Brown/Office Manager

Alex started at Constantine Flooring Center in 2019 after graduating from Ferris State University with degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. She now manages the office and enjoys collaborating with homeowners to determine their desired aesthetic and choosing the best products for their specific spaces.

Roy Solis/Installer

In October of 2018, Roy was brought onto the Constantine Flooring installation crew after graduating from Constantine High School. In his free time, Roy is studying law enforcement and enjoys working on vehicles.

Ben Jones/Commercial Manager

Ben holds over 10 years of flooring experience and now manages the commercial division of Constantine Flooring Center. Ben enjoys partnering with general contractors from all over southwest Michigan and northern Indiana on projects of any calibur

Isaac Hall/Installer

After several years of working part-time and over the summers, Isaac became a full time installer for Constantine Flooring in 2022. His favorite after work activities include hunting, hiking, and all things outdoors.
